3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Minors under 16 can use the service only with explicit parental/legal guardian consent.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy of information provided during registration
• Confidentiality of authentication credentials
• All activities conducted under your account

Notify us immediately at support@testly.app in case of unauthorized access.

4.1 Level Structure

• Level 1 (Competent): FREE
• Level 2 (Proficient): 29 EUR
• Level 3 (Adaptive): 49 EUR
• Level 4 (Strategic): 79 EUR
• Level 5 (Master): 149 EUR
• Level 6 (Grand Master): 299 EUR

4.2 Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. Purchases are single-purchase (one-time payment per level), with no recurring subscriptions.

4.3 Refunds

No-refund policy after test completion: Once you have completed a paid test and received your score and feedback, refunds are not possible, as the digital service has been fully delivered.

Exception: Full refund within 14 days if you have not started the test, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

5.1 Permitted Conduct

You agree to:

• Answer tests independently and honestly
• Not share test questions or answers
• Not attempt to access levels without required payment
• Respect intellectual property rights

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Copy or reverse-engineer test content
• Use bots, scripts, or automation for testing
• Create multiple accounts to obtain free levels
• Share your account with others
• Security attacks: SQL injection, XSS, DDoS, etc.
• Attempt to bypass anti-fraud systems (fingerprinting, rate limits)

5.3 Sanctions for Violations

Violation of these rules may lead to:

• Temporary suspension of account (7-30 days)
• Permanent deletion of account
• Revocation of certificates obtained fraudulently
• Legal action in severe cases (e.g., cyberattacks)

6.1 Testly.app Content

All platform content (questions, scoring algorithms, design, code) is the exclusive property of Testly.app and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Usage License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

6.3 Certificates

Digital certificates issued after passing a level are your property and you may use them for:

• CV and professional profiles (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Personal portfolios
• Demonstrating skills to employers

You may NOT modify, falsify, or resell certificates.

7.1 No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Continuous availability (100% uptime)
• Absolute accuracy of AI-generated content
• Specific career or employment results based on certificates

7.2 Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Testly.app is not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect loss of revenue
• Loss of data or opportunities
• Moral or psychological damages

Maximum liability limit: amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10.1 By User

You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by email to support@testly.app. Deletion is irreversible and includes all personal data (in accordance with GDPR Art. 17).

10.2 By Testly.app

We may suspend or delete your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You use the service for illegal purposes
• Account is inactive for over 2 years
